<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg3YQXFOK86wRmcoreu4GKS3tyNIf8kz8HOIHwzPBIVLltyvm1LCkwP__61szBiYzcOWOr4G55V40Z6jgNh8KkNPrtKucqlrAEzZyl6jvkhIW2KkZkziiCC4ipYrK28X3FaxhZtMjMoZdnj/s1600/Inkheart_book.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg3YQXFOK86wRmcoreu4GKS3tyNIf8kz8HOIHwzPBIVLltyvm1LCkwP__61szBiYzcOWOr4G55V40Z6jgNh8KkNPrtKucqlrAEzZyl6jvkhIW2KkZkziiCC4ipYrK28X3FaxhZtMjMoZdnj/s1600/Inkheart_book.jpg" height="400" width="304" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<em></em></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<em></em> </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<em>Inkheart</em> is about this girl called Meggie whose father has this really valuable book called <em>Inkheart</em>. The only problem is that Meggie's father has this strange power which allows him to read things out of books. One day he reads the villain out of <em>Inkheart</em>. The villain, Capricorn, sets about to destroy all the copies of <em>Inkheart</em> so he never has to return, but Mo needs one copy. When he read Capricorn out of the book his wife went into it.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
My favourite character was Dustfinger, another character that got read out of the book. He is so mysterious and sad. He really makes you feel for him.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
My favourite part of the books was when Resa and Elinor met. It was very wonderfully written. I could just imagine it so clearly.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
One thing I didn't like about the book though was that Elinor spent a lot of time swearing. It really did put me off some bits of it. I couldn't like Elinor that much mainly because of the words she said.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
All in all though I think this book is well worth reading. I have watched the movie <em>Inkheart</em> and I must say it wasn't half as good as the book. Sorry for all you who liked it, but it wasn't right.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I will give this movie a 7/10 rating. What do you think?</div>

<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Today is Dad's birthday! Happy Birthday Dad:)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Yesterday Nathaniel took me and Lillian out shopping for birthday presents for Dad. Brooklyn and Charlotte went last week with Mum and Adam and Jocelyn were making theirs at home!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Now if you know us then you should know that it takes forever to choose what we want to buy. It wasn't made any easier by the fact that Nathaniel kept joking around and saying we should buy Dad things like roses or a pink purse!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Lillian thought she wanted to buy Dad some liquorice, but she ended up buying him some pens and a notebook instead.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I bought Dad a case for his camera that Mum bought him. Hopefully sometime I will be able to post some photos he has taken with it.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
This morning we went to the park for a picnic morning tea. I love picnics, especially when we have finger buns:) </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Sadly Dad forgot to bring his new camera with him so we have no photos to post:( Oh well, I have a good memory of how good our picnic tasted.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Later we have some more fun. We are having pizzas in front of the <em>Mulan. </em>I will write a review on <em>Mulan </em>later!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Before I go I want to post one of my favourite songs! What does it have to do with this post? It is about birthdays:)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

<div style="text-align: left;">

<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Last post I promised to write my review on the movie <em>Frozen</em>. Well here is the review. It took some time to write. It is quite a hard movie to sum up like this!</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Here we are then, my review:</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<em>Frozen</em> is about these two princesses called Elsa and Anna. Elsa has this amazing power to freeze things. It is her biggest secret, not even Anna knows about it.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
When Elsa and Anna are still young, their parents dye at sea. It is up to Elsa to be the next ruler of Arandell.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
On the day of Elsa's coronation, things go wrong. Elsa looses control of her powers and freezes everything. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
In despair, Elsa runs away to the mountains. Planning to hid there for the rest of her life, but her little sister Anna has other ideas. She knows Elsa can unfreeze everything and so she sets out after her sister.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
What you must know about this movie is that I really love it! It is only a few more days and it will be out of DVD where I live:)</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
My rating for this movie would be 9.5 out of 10. There isn't anything dislike about it.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
The music in this movie is awesome. It even beats <em>Tangled's</em> music and that's hard to do. My favourite song would have to be <em>Fixer-upper</em>. Its so funny.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
The plot was awesome. The surprise at the end really was a surprise. Not like in many movies were they give it all away.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
The characters, they had really good personalities. It was like you could really get to know them. They weren't all the same or really boring. Each and everyone of them was interesting, even the less important characters.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg7dakkHpkCELSistTgWb4LpmhMpaDN6kdeUe9nwquxGKkYBn8BsXFDkLM13AZdh5M5mb2xw8pVJ_0Y_Lk25IOHpy3vPUR7DRHivjJyjkTl2LwqJWjJCwA13JoDV7cXpa-e8UGxhCjtX-Ib/s1600/tangled-frozen.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg7dakkHpkCELSistTgWb4LpmhMpaDN6kdeUe9nwquxGKkYBn8BsXFDkLM13AZdh5M5mb2xw8pVJ_0Y_Lk25IOHpy3vPUR7DRHivjJyjkTl2LwqJWjJCwA13JoDV7cXpa-e8UGxhCjtX-Ib/s1600/tangled-frozen.jpg" height="191" width="400" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">if you missed it when watching to movie, watch the song <em>For the First Time in Forever</em>, they're there</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
One thing to look out for when watching this movie is the one second appearance of Rapunzel and Flynn. My dad totally missed it, even though we pointed it out to him! I think that Disney was thinking of making a cross over between <em>Tangled </em>and <em>Frozen</em>, but I'm not sure.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
My favourite scene in the movie was when Elsa and Anna were little. They were so cute. The song <em>Do You Want To Build A Snowman</em>, really helps you to get to know Anna as she is growing up and it really shows how the two sister drift apart.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
My favourite character is Olaf. He is so sweet, but ever the slightest bit dim. I think his wish to see Summer is really cute. I thinks its really funny in his song about it how at one point the only word that fits is 'puddle', but he blatantly ignores that and says 'happy snowman' which doesn't fit at all.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Well to finish this off I will just post the trailer for those of you who haven't watched this movie yet!</div>

The other day I was on YouTube, like I always am! I was watching some of my favourite music videos when I found one by Alex Boye that I hadn't watched before.</div>
<div align="left">
</div>
<div align="left">
In case you don't know Alex Boye, he is a musician who takes pop and Africanises it. His music videos are very different. They have that certain something!</div>
<div align="left">
</div>
<div align="left">
Well this video I found was <em>Let it Go. </em>My first though was 'Africanised <em>Let It Go</em>, wow!'. I just had to watch it.</div>

The video is really funny. The main part is sung by this young girl, but she has a whole choir as what I think you call chorus. </div>
<div align="left">
</div>
<div align="left">
It was filmed in this really icy place, besides the main girl, there was a boy acting Hans running around, a girl pretending to be Sven and a girl being Olaf. Also there was a Alex Boye on a sofa flying across the ice rink!(you have to watch to find out what I mean).</div>
<div align="left">

Anyway I am sure you want to see this amazing video, so here it is:</div>

<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Life is full of hard decisions. You have to decide whether you would rather enjoy things you love and be different or to give them up and fit in. I face this choice every time we have sausages and burgers.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Why? You ask. Well you see everyone in my family, except Nathaniel and me, like tomato sauce and dislike BBQ sauce. We like BBQ sauce better than tomato sauce though.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Every time we have these meals I have to decide whether to be like everyone else and have tomato sauce or have BBQ sauce which I like oh so much better.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I have to chose whether to be different, have a great meal and have everyone look at me like I am weird or to have tomato sauce, fit in and not have the best meal ever! Hard choice.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Luckily for me though I have mastered the art of ignoring my family. That way I don't have to fit in. I can be different and enjoy myself.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
As I think about it, I realise I am very different from most people anyway. I have short hair, braces and an annoying mole on one cheek. I like eating ice cream straight from the tub, I adore peanut butter and jam sandwiches (peanut butter and jelly if you are in the USA), I wear dangly cat earrings, I normally wear skirts, I am interested in mythology and gods. There are so many things that make me different.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Is it always good to fit in? I don't think so. What would the world be like if we were all the same? I don't really want to imagine it.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
So BBQ sauce or tomato sauce? BBQ!</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Which do you like better?</div>

<strong>If I could have dinner with someone from the past, who would it be?</strong> Interesting question. I have a lot of people I admire from the past. Poets, artists, musicians, but after thinking about it long and hard I think I would like to meet Jane Austen.<br />

<strong>What would I wear?</strong> I think I would wear a beautiful ball gown. Something pretty that isn't too hot. I would probably wear flat shoes as I hate heels.<br />
<br />
<strong>Would anyone else be there?</strong> No! I wouldn't want anyone else there because they might change the subject from what I would like to talk about.<br />
<br />
I hope you enjoyed reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it! <br />

Today I want to share three of my top favourite books! Let's start with <em>Ring of Five</em> by Eoin McNamee.<br />
<br />

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">I couldn't work out how to spin it!</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<br />
<br />
This is an amazing book, the first in a trilogy (I haven't read the others yet). Its about this boy called Danny who gets kidnapped on his way to a new boarding school. He gets taken to a school for spies and gets trained as a spy. He has all the talents to be an amazing spy, including the talent to betray. Soon he finds himself on this amazing mission with his friends, Les the messenger, Vandra the physic and Dixie who is a bit of an airhead and has unsettling talents.<br />
<br />
The second book in this series is called <em>The Unknown Spy</em>. I think that there's one more after that, I'm not sure.<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Can see make out the name?</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
<em>The Ruins of Gorlan </em>by John Flanagan is a super amazing book! It beat all others. There has never been a book like it. Its the first book a huge series and it certainly starts the series off well:)<br />
<br />
<em>The Ruins of Gorlan</em> is about this boy called Will who is an orphan. He got left outside the Ward of Baron Arald's (I think that was his name) fief when he was a baby. On choosing day, which is when all the children in the ward get excepted into a craft, Will tried to get into Battleschool, but he fails. Then just as he is about to despair about not being excepted anywhere, the ranger Halt say he would like Will to be his apprentice. <br />
<br />
Its a very exciting book and I am afraid my description doesn't really do it justice. The book is one of the best ever written and if you are a fantasy fan (like me) you won't be able to put it down!<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhH35361ptlxj00BwFMuKcFVLeKyOw57LSjmoFB5vh11cqYSno1mKNXM_sBU1ZmGk-uD5TJ7NHfI38gOlOi_3DWPuGygfJ0VMHb7A5a6BmEbi8SAXxlW6I2Riw7ZXRhQ_6nGSzkV_5sFrN4/s1600/PICT3322.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhH35361ptlxj00BwFMuKcFVLeKyOw57LSjmoFB5vh11cqYSno1mKNXM_sBU1ZmGk-uD5TJ7NHfI38gOlOi_3DWPuGygfJ0VMHb7A5a6BmEbi8SAXxlW6I2Riw7ZXRhQ_6nGSzkV_5sFrN4/s1600/PICT3322.JPG" height="400" width="300" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">My copy is really old!</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<em>Redwall </em>by Brian Jacques is about theses animals who live in this abbey. One day the abbey gets threatened by the evil one-eyes rat warlord, Cluny the Scourge. He tries to take over Redwall (the abbey). The peaceful animals of Redwall must fight back!<br />
<br />
This book is wonderful, it isn't silly like I thought it would be. The accents I find most amusing, specially mole. If you like this book then you will like all the others in the series. What I like most about this series though is that each book is separate. You don't have to read them in order!<br />
Well I hope you enjoyed reading this and that you will read these book (if you haven't already!)<br />

My friend,<a href="http://kimjanemunoz.blogspot.com/"> Kim</a>, told me about <a href="http://blogsbykids.net/">BLOGS BY KIDS</a>. After talking to her about it for a bit, I couldn't resist going to check it out!</div>

<div style="text-align: left;">
So in case you're wondering <a href="http://blogsbykids.net/">Blogs By Kids</a> is a blog where this mum and daughter go around and feature kids under 18s blogs on their blog and share blogging tips. It is totally worth checking out.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I soon found that all you had to do to get your blogs featured was leave a comment, nicely asking to have your own blog featured. So of course, I did.</div>
